HAILEY BURRELL, JD
ATTORNEY & COUNSELOR AT LAW
It is an understatement to say that Hailey is an overachiever. In fact, she was recently named to the 2026 Michigan Rising Star list by Super Lawyers. She is actively sharing her knowledge through community speaking engagements, believes in helping families during stressful times, and completed her Juris Doctorate Degree while working full time at the law firm.
Hailey provides the firm with a younger generational approach to estate planning. It means a fresh perspective and an up-to-date insight of the current estate planning needs of millennial wealth and its unique challenges. As a member of the Next Generation Committee of the Financial and Estate Planning Council of Metro Detroit, she enjoys bringing this innovative perspective to the Estate Planning community. She is sought out by individuals and couples as they prepare for marriage, combine assets, welcome new generations, or navigate changing family structures. She helps create everything from prenuptial agreements to full estate plans.
In her free time, Hailey enjoys being outdoors, training with her golden doodle, running a half marathon every season and spending weekends with her husband and young daughter at the family cottage in northern Michigan.
