In her career as an attorney, Stavi believes in creating a meaningful connection with her clients so that she can provide the most effective, efficient, and caring assistance during some of the most difficult times in a client's life.
Stavi graduated from Michigan State University and received a bachelor's degree in International Relations through the James Madison Residential college at Michigan State University and while there, she also obtained a second degree in Managerial Advertising. For law school, Stavi went to the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law and received her JD. While in law school Stavi was a part of the Women's Law Caucus, a graduate and professional student organization formed for the purpose of empowering members in their future legal careers as well as facilitating outreach programs through the community that focused on the quality of life for women in the community. Stavi also served as a liaison for the Detroit Bar Association wherein she provided the law school students opportunities to network with local attorneys and judges. Stavi was admitted to the State Bar of Michigan in December of 2021.
During Stavi's time as a lawyer, she has been heavily involved in litigation, which in turn gives her a unique insight that she brings to the estate planning side of her practice. It allows her to see potential issues and make plans to avoid them before they come to a head. Throughout her time in litigation, Stavi was involved in numerous cases that were resolved through alternative dispute resolution and has become familiar with the process of mediation and arbitration. She performs extensive and comprehensive legal research and analysis of probate law. With the experience she obtained from practicing in litigation, Stavi emphasizes to her clients the importance of having a comprehensive and well-thought-out estate plan, knowing that it is the best way “to avoid expensive litigation and/or difficult and prolonged estate administration in the future.”
In Stavi's free time she enjoys snowboarding, working out, spending time with her niece and nephews, and being an active part of her Greek community through volunteer work at her church and organizing and maintaining a Greek dance group each year.
